Each bedrooms contains one single bed, a wardobe and a chest of draws. Three out of the four bedrooms have room for additional storage if tenants chose to do purchase this.
Heating is tricky to manage as there is no thermostat, but the house has a lot of insolation in the roof which helps to keep the heat in.
Bills come to about £50 a month per person; this includes gas, electricity, broadband and water.
All of the furniture is in a good condition.
Parking is on-street and very limited. One of the neighbours often uses the space infront of the house, so negotiations may need to be made if any tenants were to use a car. There are often a few spare parking spaces on the next street, not too far away.
This is not a very studenty street, most of the neighbours are young families or elderly, and so don't appreciate loud noise at unsociable hours. On the whole they are nice people to live near, and some of them have been especially helpful with our enquiries about when bins/recycling should be put out etc.
