StudentTenant.com is risk free. We only charge £149 (inc. VAT) per successfully placed tenant. In line with the Tenant Fees Act we collect a one week holding deposit from each tenant on your behalf, which is retained by StudentTenant.com and offset against the tenant’s first month's rent. If the holding deposit payment is less than £149 we will invoice you the difference. Monies are held in our client account pending completion of a tenancy agreement.
VIEW PRICING BREAKDOWNStudentTenant.com will manage the guarantor credit check for each tenant so you don’t have to. Under the Tenant Fees Act you have 14 days to complete a Tenancy agreement. If you wish we can arrange this using our online e-signature system which is an efficient way to chase multiple tenant signatures with one tidy agreement stored online. Our AST is Tenant Fee Act compliant too. We will also collect and lodge a security deposit with a government approved service as part of your Tenancy Setup service. Of course, you are welcome to do this yourself.
