Moseley is a popular area of Birmingham, approximately 2 miles south of the city centre. The area has a number of bars and restaurants, as well as plenty of local boutiques and other independent retailers, and is considered a very cosmopolitan part of the city. The area is now considered one of the more affluent suburbs in Birmingham, with some streets being among the most expensive in the city.

The annual Moseley Festival is a festival of arts and culture that sees people in the community come together and hold a series of music, art, food, cultural and sporting events. Moseley is also home to many pubs, restaurants and cafés.
