Kensington and Chelsea is a borough famous for attracting the wealthy and famous and with an average income of over £100,000 is no surprise that it has this image. There is a large presence of up market shopping areas and restaurants and spread throughout the borough you will often stumble upon beautiful parks and small cultural pockets of museums and galleries.

Despite high levels of affluence throughout the borough there are areas in the north such as Golborne that are not quite so well off. However, investment and redevelopment is said to be heading to these areas soon.
